Great opportunity for a high quality food & beverage person that is knowledgeable and passionate about wine. Position is flexible for year-round full-time or a seasonal gig with a Utah F&B person that likes the snow season in Utah and spring through autumn in wine region of Oregon.

Position: Tasting Room Lead
Location: Dundee Hills, Oregon
Report to: Operations Lead
Schedule: Thursday – Monday (Could change throughout the year)
Position: Hourly – Full-time

- You have the ability to stand for long periods of time;
- You have an understanding of reservations systems (Tock);
- You know how to use WineDirect to capture sales;
- You take direction and accept constructive feedback to better yourself, your experience in the role, and the customer’s experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Tasting Room Operations:
- Provide our guests with an optimum tasting experience while communicating to them about the wines and brand messaging of our emotional evocative wines.
- Work with Operation Lead to actively manage capacity constraints.
- Execute the different tasting experiences available for our guest.
- Communicate with guests about Wine Club opportunities and encourage membership.
- Communicate any guest issues to the Management and work together to rectify these issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that conforms to the aesthetics of White Rose Estate.
- Manage the guest experience through enforcing the management vision for the condition, orderliness and cleanliness of the property.
- Trains and develops tasting room staff to encourage staff engagement and messaging skill.
- Work with Operations Lead during staff hiring process to identify suitable candidates.
- Work with Operation Lead on scheduling tasting room staff.
- You will follow White Rose Estate uniform aesthetic and ensure the staff is also following.
Other Sales Activities:
- Support Operations Lead to coordinate and execute Winery Events.
- Support Operations Lead in e-commerce activities.
- Work with Operations Lead on distribution requirements.

- As a small family owned winery we ask employees to wear many hats. We ask for adaptability and positive cooperation when asked to assist with responsibilities not listed above.
$22-$25 per hour, plus tips, plus commissions on wine club sign-ups.
