Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Spa Manager to join the leadership team in Park City!
With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee the spa & health fitness center operations, manage a team of around 50 team members and report directly to the Spa director.
The ideal candidate will be somebody that has excellent communication skills and has experience managing big group of team members.

What will I be doing?
As a Health Club Manager, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing the marketing, programs and operation of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
- Covering the front desk when needed.
- Handling guests complaints.
- Manage all financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.
