Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Housing: May Be Available
- Expected Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.26 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability – Full Time – 4 days per week; Weekends and Holidays
- Winter Seasonal 2024 / 2025
- Skill Level – WFR, OEC,EMT or Higher medical certification.
- Other Specifics – Expert Skiing Ability
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and promote guest safety
- Assist injured guests on the mountain
- Maintain trails, including closures, safety materials, avalanche mitigation, and other impacts from natural environment
- Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Pass resort Ski Patrol sponsored ski test
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be able to work in inclement weather in a high alpine environment
- Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment · Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions
The terms and conditions for this position are subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The expected pay range is $21.00 – $23.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
