Job Specification:
Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
The budgeted range starts at $75,000 – $85,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Strategically increase hotel bookings and revenue from transient market segments including corporate, wholesale, and consortium accounts.
· Forge robust relationships with new and existing clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Lead negotiations of sales contracts to ensure profitable and compliant outcomes.
· Coordinate with the marketing department to craft targeted campaigns that elevate brand visibility and stimulate sales.
· Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into market dynamics and sales performance to senior management.
· Represent Black Desert Resort at industry events and networking functions to reinforce brand presence and develop professional connections.
· Uphold the resort’s commitment to outstanding client service, ensuring all engagements and experiences exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
· Strong understanding of the corporate, wholesale, and consortium markets.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proven ability to develop strategies and use performance metrics to manage sales progress.
· Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities.
· Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $75,000.00/Yr. – $85,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
