Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious individual to manage our kitchen. As a Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen including staff management, inventory control and food quality control. The ideal candidate has prior restaurant industry experience, is mature and hardworking with strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and order food, beverage, and supplies.
- Manage the maintenance of kitchen facilities.
- Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of personnel.
- Manage relationships with other managers in the restaurant.
- Manage employees’ schedules.
- Manage relationships with the local stores that supply the restaurant.
Competitive Pay & Benefits:
$50,000 – $53,000
