Available positions at one or more of the following outlets; Stein Eriksen Lodge, Chateaux Deer Valley & Stein Eriksen Residences.
Welcome patrons, seat them at tables or in lounge, and help ensure quality of facilities and service. Excellent communication skills. Strong computer, phone, and customer skills required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
$11.26/hour. OT at $16.89/hr. Job Order #1759342. 35 hrs/wk. Hours/shifts vary depending upon business needs & occupancy. Shifts vary 5:00am-1:00pm, 6:30am-2:30pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 10:00am-6:00pm, 10:30am-6:30pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, & 11:00pm-7:00am. Open 7 days/wk, Monday-Sunday. Must be able to work at least 5 days/wk. Employer reserves option to provide additional compensation for performance/tenure. Employer will provide workers all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job at no charge. On-the-job training will be provided.
Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement and lodging as necessary will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.26 per day during travel to a maximum of $51 per day with receipts. Reimbursement for this will be paid out on the first pay day following 50% completion of the work contract period. Days off will vary based on need. Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as needed.
Workers will be paid every other Friday on a bi-weekly payroll. Workers will be subject to any federally mandated deductions. Other deductions from employee’s paychecks (as applicable) include uniform deduction, employee housing rent and utilities (taken out as a payroll deduction from two paychecks per month totaling $500 per month) as well as housing deposit if not paid in advance (up to $400 total with $350 refundable at the end of contract). Employee housing is optional.
