As part of the hotels management team, reporting to the Operations Manager, our Head Housekeeper support their team to ensure that guests enjoy a consistently perfect stay. Super organized and committed to the highest standards, you’ll be all about enabling your team. This position will have an active role in cleaning rooms and public areas, assigning rooms to cleaning staff, checking rooms; examine rooms and common areas for needed repairs and replacements of furniture and equipment, management of inventory, supplies, and ordering of weekly linen deliver and amenities. Everything you do, from managing and working with your staff through making sure everything works to controlling the deep cleaning schedule, will impact on guests so you’ll be relentlessly focused on ensuring they enjoy the best possible experience. Ideally, you’ll have experience gained in a similar role or environment. So, you’ll know about and understand housekeeping operations, health and safety and working efficiently. Though more important is a flexible, adaptable approach, clear customer focus and an eye for detail – it’s a busy and diverse role where your only aim is to help our guests feel brilliant, through a great night’s sleep. .
About the Riverside Hot Springs Inn & Spa:
The Inn is a full-service hotel featuring 18 guest rooms, onsite hot mineral springs & massage therapy services plus an upscale restaurant & lounge with an adult clientele. Lava Hot Springs is a quaint tourism town located in Southeast Idaho. The position of Housekeeping Supervisor is a year-round position, approximately 30+ hours per week and sometimes requiring additional hours. The position is a daytime position which requires weekends and holidays. Position requires lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, bending and climbing stairs. You will be working with an incredible team in a great community. Please note, that the position requires living within 12 miles of Lava Hot Springs. Pay is very competitive, hourly and depends on experience. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate. $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days on the job.
