The Food and Beverage Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling and interviewing. Additionally this individual will be responsible at times to serve, buss tables and attend to guest needs. Restaurant Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Restaurant experience (serving or bartending)
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Refined written and verbal communication skills
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
- This position requires flexibility. Must be available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
