Job Overview
The F&B Administrator at Black Desert Resort plays a vital support role within the Food & Beverage department, assisting in the administrative and operational functions of the various dining outlets. This position is key in maintaining the smooth operation of the department, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting the F&B Manager in daily activities.
Job Specification:

- Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time
- Hourly Rate: $18 – $20/hr. (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining accurate records for the F&B department.
- Serve as a point of contact between the F&B department and other departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist with invoices and order creation, manage inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with liquor licenses and Department of Health renewals, ensure compliance with record keeping with ABC Alcohol Beverage Commission, and Serve Safe standards.
- Act as a liaison for HR and recruiting matters, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and maintain an up-to-date employee roster.
- Track employee training, assist with organizing training, and ensure all staff are compliant with required certifications.
- Organize banquet event orders and support the planning and execution of special events, including coordinating with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
- Oversee the updating and arrangement of menu printing, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all dining outlets.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reservations for F&B management and staff.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns related to dining services.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Updating and printing all restaurant menus.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with F&B management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. – $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
