As the Special Projects II you will have the capacity to move from one construction disciple to another where demands require. You have will also have the ability to design and read plans or renderings to achieve desired objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures project schedules are followed
- Ability to read diagrams and plans
- Operates forklift, and related equipment
- Demolition
- Knowledge and experience of building materials
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Intermediate to excellent electrical skills
- Basic to intermediate masonry skills
- Drywall, taping and mudding
- Framing
- Tile work
- Basic masonry work
- Finish work
- Excellent use of power tools
- Safety minded
