Job Description

  • Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
  • Provide consistent and professional facial, waxing, and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
  • Handle guests/ questions and concerns professionally and courteously

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to start of employment
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must hold and maintain a current state license
  • Attendance at any product and service training courses is required
