Job Overview
All Seasons Resort Lodging is seeking a highly organized and driven hospitality professional to oversee the daily guest service operations of the Park City based properties. The Director of Guest Services will lead and manage all Park City based front desk teams. The position will focus on increasing guest satisfaction, developing team members and creating standards to measure the success of the Park City portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide flawless service to guests, employees and homeowners
- Work with team members to ensure proper staffing across Park City
- Manage expenses and payroll
- Interface with various HOAs as needed
- Maintain and create KPIs and SOPs as needed to operate efficiently
- Mitigate guest concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Own guest survey and review process
- Assure the efficient use of supplies and equipment
- Hire, train and evaluate all front desk staff, including night audit
- Ensure proper staffing to meet company, guest and owner needs
- Empowers employees to provide excellent service
Skills requirements:
- Experience with managing short term vacation rentals
- Exceptional communication and relationship building
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, nights if/as needed
- Knowledge of HOAs
- History with building all operational teams
- Knowledge of managing budgets and reading P&Ls
- Experience using PMS, CRS and CRM systems
- Personal vehicle to travel between property locations
- Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware
- Advanced skill with all Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
