A Concierge at Black Desert Resort is key to unlocking an unforgettable experience for our guests. They will act as a personal advisor and expert on all things related to the resort and local area, ensuring that each guest’s stay is tailored to their preferences and needs.
Job Specification:
Onsite: Black Desert Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
Compensation: The budgeted range starts at $16.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Offer personalized assistance to guests, including but not limited to dining reservations, travel arrangements, tour bookings, and event tickets.
- Ensure that all requests are handled with attention to detail and tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and entertainment options. Offer insightful recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Address guests by name and remember personal preferences to enhance their experience at the resort.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or special requests with efficiency and discretion. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, transportation, and other services as needed.
- Keep detailed records of guest requests and preferences to ensure personalized service during current and future stays.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and customs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
