Job Specifications:

Onsite: Black Desert Resort/Red Mountain Resort
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full Time
Pay Range: $18.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

 

  • Coordinate all aspects of catering services for various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, banquets, and social gatherings.
  • Partner with event staff and vendors to deliver seamless catering experiences.
  • Respond to catering sales leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with potential clients.
  • Distribute marketing materials and collateral to clients and event planners, providing them with comprehensive information about our catering services.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with a focus on exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and questions efficiently.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in catering coordination, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Delphi and/or Opera experience is a plus.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. – $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
