Bell Attendants are experienced and the finest bell attendants.  This role leads must uphold the highest level of guest service. The Bell Attendant is in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.  It is important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.  This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of bell stand service.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including morning and afternoon shifts with weekend and holiday availability.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
