Job Overview

Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa), located in Midway, Utah is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Engineering Administrative AssistantThis person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering team and performing essential functions such as assisting the Director of Engineering with administrative functions; assist in managing departmental purchasing and receiving; maintaining the Engineering filing system; creating & tracking Work Orders; tracking parts inventory; assisting in tracking the Engineering budget; communicating with other departments to relay the necessary updates and information on behalf of Engineering; assisting in coordinating team meetings & recording minutes; assisting guests & associates visiting the Engineering office; and other duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering. Previous Office Management or Administrative Assistant experience required. Must have strong experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook, and must type at least 30 WPM. Must possess exemplary guest service & written/verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously.
