Position Requirements

Looking for an individual with previous hotel sales leadership experience, preferably as a director or manager.

Position Description

1 - 3 + years prior hotel director of sales experience Basic computer skills required Excellent communication skills Must be able to effectively work with very little or no supervision Must be a leader, a driver and bottom line oriented Previous Director of Sales Experience with Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt Preferred Hotel opening experience preferred Meet weekly sales call goals Direct the sales team of 1-2 employees Assure that those members of the sales team accomplish their sales goals Prepare the hotel revenue budget each year Prepare forecast each month, to anticipate where the hotel will be as it relates to top line revenue Achieve the financial goals of the hotel Work MOD shifts as required by the General Manager Be a leader on property to the hotel staff Travel 5-10% of the time, to trade shows, training and corporate events Represent the hotel in a professional manner to the outside community
