About the Job
Inspect guest rooms to identify items
to be repaired.
Repair damaged or broken furniture,
fixtures, equipment, both indoors and outdoors.
Respond to repair orders as generated
by housekeeping, guest services, or management.
Maintain established Preventive
Maintenance (PM) programs followed by PM procedures and
Proper use and accountability to
assigned tools and maintain tool inventory.
Establish and maintain up-to-date and
thorough records of all mechanical and plumbing equipment and
Keep grounds, pool and public areas
clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Knowledge of how to use basic tools
and perform repairs.
Ability to follow and understand
Ability to work quickly and
Must be able to stand, lift, bend,
push, and lift up to 100 lbs. Exerting up to 100 lbs of force
occasionally and up to 30 lbs of force frequently.
1 year of related experience
preferred, not required.
