About the Job
Understand the basics of good
salesmanship and coach front desk associates accordingly.
Train front desk associates on Sell
Accurately process guest room
reservations and cancellations according to established
policies and operating procedures.
Demonstrates the ability to sell the
right rate, to the right guest, at the right time.
Demonstrates ability to operate
computer software, including but not limited to roomMaster,
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Demonstrates ability to understand and
execute basic math skills and cash handling.
Professionally execute all functions
of outstanding customer service.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow and understand
Ability to work quickly and
Ability to coach and counsel
associates with direction from General Manager.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend,
push, and lift up to 10 lbs. Exerting up to 50 lbs of force
1 year of supervisor related
1 year of customer service-related
Valid Class D Driver’s License
5 years driving experience required to
drive hotel shuttle to airport (SLC, MDV, WVC hotels only)
