Executive Meeting Manager

The Executive Meeting Manager will generally have a schedule Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., however, must be able to work varying shifts based on business and client demand, including evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary.

Solicit group business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in guestrooms, banquet food, beverage, and meeting room revenues. This position will sell to corporate, government, entertainment, and association markets to maximize rooms and food and beverage revenues focusing on groups of 10 to 30 rooms on peak.This is considered an entry level position that offers accomplished individuals an opportunity to grow a career in hospitality sales!
Minimum of 2 years in hospitality catering/sales management in a full service hotel required. High school or equivalent education required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Negotiating skills, selling strategies, understanding of BEO processes.
