Position Description

We are looking for an evening engineer to replace our engineer that is retiring.
 
Duties include guest room preventive maintenance nightly, as well as taking guest concern calls relating to plumbing, HVAC, lighting, safes and door locks. Extensive training will be provided, though some experience in any or all of these fields is recommended.

This is a swing shift, from 3:00pm to 11:30 pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Some day shifts may be scheduled as needed to cover others with PTO days. Paid time off after one year, company benefits (401K after one year, Health and Dental after 60 days). Lunch or dinner meals are provided free of charge on work days, as well as underground parking. Uniforms and some tools provided. Opportunities to advance in other departments as well.

Starting wage is $13.25, but wage is negotiable, based on previous experience. There is almost no turn-over in this department, so this is a sought after position, great working environment.
