Looking for friendly, customer service oriented, team players ready to provide exceptional service to all hotel guests while assisting with check in and check outs. The ability to adapt and learn new systems and procedures is a must. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience recommended.
Job Duties: Greet guests as they arrive. Check-in and check-out guests. Assign rooms, and room keys. Process payment for any services rendered. Answer all phone calls quickly and professionally. Answer any guest's questions pertaining to the hotel. Answer any guest's questions about the local area. Assist in monitoring the hotel lobby and alert security of any issues. Interact with guests on a personal level and help them feel at home. Other duties as assigned by management.
