About the Job
Develop, manage, and grow various markets of transient travel
through negotiated terms such corporate and medical segments.
Solicit all mark segments by using various means of
communication. I.e., telephone, email, in-person visits, trade
Establish and maintain all contractual agreements.
Develop marketing and sales promotions and strategies in
collaboration with General Manager and Home Office.
Maintain pro-active sales and marketing plans with General
Manager and Home Office.
Collaborate with General Manager to prepare department budgets
and overall sales objectives and strategies.
Participate in weekly and monthly staff and sales meetings.
Ensure current and prospective client database are maintained.
Utilize best practices of Revenue Management by working
closely with the company Revenue Manager, including rate
reviews, high impact dates, etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business, or
relevant field of work, or equivalent combination of education
and work-related experience preferred but not required.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration
Ability to work independently in addition to working with
various teams throughout the organization.
