The following description is not intended to be all-inclusive;
rather it focus in the mayor tasks that must be accomplished. |
*Participate in the preparation of all products ensuring that quality, portioning, plating, garnishing and services standards are maintained at all times.
*Assist the Sous Chef in daily tasks such as preparing staff meal, kitchen organization maintaining par stocks requirements, including storage procedures, and food rotation.
*Monitor the application of all food safety and sanitation, including preparation, temping, rotation, hand washing, personal hygiene and related processes.
*Must have the ability to move fast and be able to handle the stress of a fast-paced dinner service.
*Must be able to work any position on the line, including grilling, frying, salad, desserts, expo, and saut
*Must be able to take detailed instructions from Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
