Position Requirements Previous Experience, Day, Night, Weekend & Holiday shifts are required.
Position Description Our ideal supervisor will have prior hotel front desk experience. Marriott, PMS and MARSHA knowledge is a plus. Will be expected to check in/out guests, be a guests advocate in both positive and negative situations, and provide four diamond service. An ideal applicant is someone who will take pleasure in going out of their way to make our guests feel at home. The front desk supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff to attain optimal guest satisfaction. Essential functions include, but not limited to: responding to guests special requests, needs, problems, issues and concerns. Accommodating groups to ensure repeat business, ensuring procedures are followed and helping to train and develop associates.
