Position Description

The HYATT Place in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for an individual who is  outgoing, customer service focused, and has a positive outlook to be our Director of Guest Services. Job Requirements:

              Passion for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.

              Ensure high standards in customer service including reservations, guest check-in and check-out, billing and inquires. 

              Assist the AGM/GM in supervising and training front desk staff.

              Maximize suite revenue and occupancy.

              Creating a positive team-oriented environment focused on the guest.

              Ability to multitask and prioritize.

 

Experience/Education:

 

HOTEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

              Two - four years of hotel experience.

              Two year or four year college degree preferred.

              High School diploma or equivalent required.

              Supervisory experience is a must.

              Excellent communications skills required.

              Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

              Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass the MVR requirements.
