Knowledge/Experience: A minimum of 2 years construction experience
in maintenance trades, heavy carpentry experience, knowledge
including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC. Supervisory

All must be done in the manner prescribed by the company.
Supervise all department personnel demonstrating high leadership skills, model behaviors, and exemplary actions.
Assist with Management tasks including:
-Recruiting and Hiring of all new department personnel
-Scheduling and staffing
-Product management, Inventory and Purchasing
-Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting
-Execute Start and End of Day Procedures
-Monitor and enforce proper and safe use of chemicals and supplies
-Monitor and enforce proper equipment operations
Direct department training programs including: Orientation, New Hire Training, EI Certification, Train-the-Trainer, Ongoing Training, and Performance Evaluations Perform essential maintenance duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
-Guestrooms, public spaces, exterior, and mechanical preventative maintenance
-Respond to daily guest room maintenance requests
-Complete renovation projects, capital improvements, and any other special projects.
-Perform daily swimming pool and spa water testing and treatment
-Perform general landscaping and general grounds upkeep
-Complete elementary painting and finishing furniture and structures
-Complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment repairs.
Demonstrate knowledge of, adherence to, and enforcement of all company standards.
Develop and execute projects including identifying the necessary tasks and deadlines, assigning them to appropriate people, and following up as needed to ensure effective and timely completion.
Attend required meetings and pre-shift meetings and direct the meetings in a professional productive manner.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other departments Counsel, in a timely manner, individual department members who are not performing adequately.
Provide security for guests, employees, and property by -Adhering to security procedures for guest room keys and master keys.
-Understanding all hotel emergency procedures
-Reporting any suspicious activity to management
