Responsible for soliciting new catering accounts.  Develop and maintain relationships with existing members and clients/accounts.  Sells and services client from start to finish. Oversee member and client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.  Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels,  schedules and evaluates staff.
