Creatively bring a combination of sales technical tools,
analytical frameworks, and referee rigor to ensure the sales
pipeline is developed and fluid.
Solicit all market segments on behalf of the property in which
the Sales Manager is employed.
Lead generation and bookings for assigned RLHC Hotels.
Act as liaison between the company's Marketing and Advertising
team, located in the RLH corporate offices, and the staff and
management of the property in which the Sales Manager is
employed, by orchestrating and implementing all promotional
Achieve a monthly individual room and revenue sales goal.
Prospect for repeat and new business through phone, email and in
person sales calls as well as out of town sales trips.
Attend local, state, and regional trade shows
Attend (via conference call) and contribute in the weekly or
bi-weekly revenue management meetings
Communicate all details for the group bookings to the properties
(turnover process defined for each property)
Represent the property in the form of membership in industry
Assist in the management of the Sales Department personnel:
interviewing, selection, training, evaluation and termination.
